Job Title: Project Director

Reporting to: Operations Director

Time Commitment: ~4 hours per week – depending on stage of project lifecycle

 

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the organisation and coordination of at least one event per academic year.
  2. Assign roles to outer team members and oversee the quality of their work.
  3. Attend weekly meetings to update the team on the progress made.
  4. Work with external stakeholders such as guest speakers, venue managers, catering services etc.
  5. Cost and Time estimation for project completion.
  6. Managing Risks and Issues.
